Michael Turner has spent his entire professional life discovering, developing and marketing special products and musical artists. Turner’s expertise shines whether he is cross-pollinating the Christian and general markets or promoting within Christian circles with dynamic and innovative new music and merchandise.
Turner lives in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife Elizabeth (a gifted and creative interior designer who runs her own design firm), and their two sons, Jon Wetzel and Boland, and their dog Elvis.

Some household names with Turner’s out-of-the-box development Duck Commander line of gifts and apparel, Fisher Price (Little People nativity set) Melissa & Doug (puzzles, Veggie Tales line of toys), Ohio Art (Bible Story Etch-a-Sketch), Crocks shoes (Veggie Tales line), and Cardinal Games (Veggie Tales Toss-Across), God’s Not Dead products (T-shirts, Pocket Cross and Do You Believe? tracts) and Cobi building block sets on the shelves at Books-a-Million, and introduced Oak Tree and The Crabb Family music to Walmart.
CAREER IN MUSIC
Turner has been nominated for three Dove Awards and two Grammy Awards for his work with Daywind Records, and he created and produced the popular Live at Oak Tree TV show and video for TBN, The Gospel Music Channel (now UP TV) and Daywind Records
After successfully overseeing a multitude of product launches for such major players as New Day Distribution, Send the Light Distribution, The Gaithers and Crown Records, Turner has launched his personal company Straight Arrow Management.

Sabrina joined Straight Arrow’s team in November 2022 and is excited to be Michael’s right hand in all things Music Business.
She graduated from Belmont University in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Creative Entertainment Industries (CEI) and also a BS in Corporate Communications. During her time at Belmont, Sabrina was a part of organizations like Alpha Gamma Delta, CMA@EDU, Women in Entertainment, and Bear House Writing Management.
Sabrina is initially from Central Illinois and moved to the Nashville area for school. She now lives in Spring Hill with her husband, Trevaun, and two cats, Luna and Milo.
